After having some terrible encounters with heating and cooling companies, I had so much anxiety when I needed to find one. I trolled community groups to see who had the most positive reviews and Horsham Heating and Cooling kept popping up. After much procrastination, I made the call and so glad I did. Ed is so easy to talk to right from the start. Bonus he actually picked up on my first call and didn't have to play phone tag! All the positive reviews were right, he's a super nice guy to talk and you know you're not being taken for a ride. No b.s., straightforward and to the point. We had a leaking condenser and a corroded pipe. He said these are easy fixes bearing nothing is uncovered when work begins which is completely fair. He got the part and was done in no time. Also, he is punctual! I am a wife of a Veteran and punctuality is like our family motto. It's so nice when others respect your time too. If you have anxiety with calling companies as I do, I highly recommend calling Horsham Heating and Cooling!

Ed was referred by a friend of a friend and his service was top notch from start to finish !! Actually answered his phone when I called (Only 1 of 5 contractors). Was happy to come out right away and provide free estimate and once we agreed on work to be done and price it was scheduled promptly. Ed showed up as scheduled and did a great job and there were no extra or hidden charges other than what we agreed upon. He also did a small job on the side which he didn’t even charge me for !! Friendly, helpful, honest…. Would recommend all day.

Ed was recommended by a client of mine, and I cannot say enough good things! Our entire AC system needed to be replaced in the middle of the summer, and he was able to complete the work in record time with fantastic results. We had a slight adjustment that needed to be made the next day, and he stopped by between jobs to make sure everything was perfect. He's highly communicative, professional, and competitive with pricing.

My 30 year old Lennox furnace was starting to shut down intermittently and getting worse. Many HVAC companies probably would have told me that a new unit was needed. Ed quickly diagnosed that a new capacitor was needed for the motor and also did a heater tune-up. I highly recommend Ed for any of your heating or cooling repairs, replacements or tune-ups. I doubt that you will find a more reputable and knowledgeable HVAC company than Horsham Heating & Cooling in the Montgomery & Bucks County areas.

Very knowledgeable about his craft. Does excellent work and is very efficient. Great to be able to get someone on the phone rather then a voice mail. Won't use anyone else when it is time to replace current unit

Showed up a little late, but made up for it with quick diagnostics and fast repair.

Eddie showed up in time, and did an excellent job. He replaced a water heater, replaced a toilet and replaced the hoses to the washing machine. He was fast, did a very clean job, was polite and courteous. He was honest and offered us a very reasonable price. It is not often that you get it all: "FAST, GOOD & REASONABLE" at the same time. We will definitely call on him again, and already recommended him to friends and relatives. Very impressive, honest young man!

Ed was was great… professional… hard working and fast. We had an emergency recently . After contacting him he got right back to us and came right over. Quick diagnosis of my hvac problem then fast expert repair… then Ed installed a Honeywell WiFi thermostat all reasonably priced . I am a witness to Ed’s 5 star service.
